Very cosy, clean and spacious apartment! More than enough heat, fully equipped with kitchen appliances, drinkable tap water, large TV, electric beds and many more stuff I didn't expect.

It is located in the city centre. Very accessible to convenient store. The property is spacious, quiet and has the right temperature to keep you warm inside.

Great location close to amenities like shops, restaurants, bars and it was within walking distance to the bus stop where we alighted. We booked the two bed room apartment. Beds are comfortable and room is well insulated during winter. Kitchen comes with fridge, stove, microwave, pots and pans and utensils.

The location is superb. 24hr supermarket just around corner which was lifesaver when we arrived late. Everything was on our doorstop with snow gear rental shop about 200 meters away. Santas city office around corner and bus stop to Santa clause village and also to lapland winter park about 400 meters away. was lovely and warm and so comfortable

I loved everything here. I wasn't expecting anything as I always know that we get what we paid for and it felt like for its amazing facilities, they could charge us more. I wished we stayed longer as we were not able to see the Aurora. There is not much to expect from the host. Housekeepers are polite and all smiling throughout our stay or whenever we saw them.

The central locations was nice. Restaurants and everything else in Rovaniemi is pretty close. The room is comfy and the small kitchen is great to prepare some dishes for yourself. there is great coffe shop/resaturant under the flat.

The apartment is super nice, spacious, and well-equipped. There is a 24 hour marketplace, located just 1 minute walk from the apartment. I had been worried about the night club, located just under the apartment, after reading the comments. However, for us the night club was not a problem - the ear plugs were enough to have a good night's sleep.

This property was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right in the middle of bars and restaurants, shopping center a few minutes walk away, 24 hour shop beside it and bus for the airport and Santa’s village only a five minute walk away. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would’nt hesitate to book it again if we return to Rovaniemi.

Close to the walking street making it a great location. Shower was hot and great pressure. Comfy beds.
